Heat Pump

Heat pumps can provide lower temperature hot water as a cost-efficient alternative to steam or High Temperature Hot Water – and pasteurizers can benefit from that.

To replace or supplement the typical steam heat exchanger, a new water-to-water heat exchanger can be installed at the pasteurizer. The control system can handle proper use and return temperature to optimize the efficiency of the heat pump.

As the tunnel pasteurizer has a dynamic heat consumption, we can help you properly size the heat pump system with buffer capacity, flow rates and temperatures.
