A tunnel pasteurizer is at the same time a simple and complex machine. It can pasteurize well but still be wrong in so many ways.

The water consumption is a good indication of the quality of your pasteurizer operation. A good tunnel pasteurizer should be able to run with less than 1 m3/h during balanced operation. If your pasteurizer never reaches such low values, there is probably something wrong.

We can conduct a survey of the pasteurizer, identify the issues and suggest how to solve the problems.

A survey is also relevant if you consider buying a pre-owned pasteurizer or want to relocate a pasteurizer within your group.
